Quality control is a comprehensive process.
First, it begins during the CAD drawing process. Professional designers ensure that each prong is designed appropriately, otherwise diamonds can easily fall off. Raised surfaces are preferred, as recessed surfaces create areas that cannot be polished.
Second, regarding material selection, eco-friendly copper exhibits less sand holes than recycled copper samples. While the star ratings assigned to zircons vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, it is generally believed that zircons with good fire will shimmer more brilliantly than those with poor fire.
Third, the production process is carefully controlled. Uneven pressure during setting can cause unevenness in the surface of the zircon. Excessive water polishing can cause the zircon to lose its fire and become glass-like. Inadequate polishing can result in a less-than-mirror-like finish. Repeated electroplating can cause the chain to become stiff and non-flexible.
Finally, each product is manually inspected repeatedly throughout each process. Defective products should be promptly removed or repaired.
Quality Inspection Standards
For high-quality custom-made products, our quality standards are as follows:
1. Every detail of the design is in accordance with the customer's specifications as specified in the order, including size, length, gemstone color, plating color, logo, and more.
2. The metal is polished to a mirror-like finish, free of bumps, sand holes, and scratches. Large mirror-like metal surfaces are individually wrapped with static film for protection.
3. The gemstone color is guaranteed to remain consistent with each return order, with no color variation. Each piece in a set is a consistent color, and the gemstones must be free of cracks or chips.
4. The electroplated metal is lustrous, with no plating blemishes or obstructions. The plating color must pass a salt spray test.
5. Earrings must hand adjusted to make the shape perfectly rounded , and the clasps must open and close properly.
6. All spring rings must be welded up.
7. For enamel designs, no oil overflow the surface.
8. For gemstones secured with glue, make sure the glue is firmly enough and no glue remain on the surface of the jewelry.
9.Assemble the product correctly to ensure it is displayed perfectly after wearing.
10,Pack in clean bags, ensure that the label information is complete, and the packaging must be able to protect the product inside.
