**Step 1: Define Your Requirements in Detail**  

To get started, please provide clear information regarding:  

- Metal:We can custom in 925 sterling silver,(316L) stainless steel and brass

-Gemstone:Natural stone,moissanite ,cubic zircons ,opal are available  

-Metal Color:We can plated 14k,18K,24K gold,Rhodium,white silver, rose gold ,black and blue.

-Surface Craftwork:We can do mirror polished,matte finished, hammered,handmade texture etc

-Plating Craftwork:gold vermeil,pvd gold plated,and chemical plating

If you don’t have technical drawings, feel free to share inspirational images or simple sketches—we’ll offer you options available.

**Step 2: Receive a 3D Design File for Review**  

Once we understand your vision, our design team will use advanced 3D modeling software to create a detailed digital prototype. You'll receive the file for review and can request adjustments until you're completely happy with the design.

**Step 3: Communications for detail modification

We Discuss in detail with you on how to modify.if there are things are we can improve on cost,delicacy ,quality issue we bring it out in this step to make it better.

**Step 4: Evaluate and Refine the Sample**  

After you approve the 3D design, we move into sampling production.we will send you physical samples to approve.

   Yes. We will revise the sample based on your input and continue refining it until you are satisfied with the final product.

2. **Are there any hidden costs for samples?**  

   No. We maintain transparent pricing and will discuss all potential costs with you upfront before production begins.

3. **What is the typical timeline for receiving samples?**  

   Samples are generally completed within 4–5 weeks after final design confirmation. We ship via DHL or FedEx and always strive to deliver your samples as quickly as possible.
